ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned document. 3.The petitioner cannot get any relief at the hands of the second respondent. This is because during the relevant time Section 77A of the Registration Act was not there. Even circulars issued by the Inspector General of Registration were not in force. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the fourth respondent has already filed a suit against the petitioner. The petitioner can very well canvas her claim in the said suit. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

4.Leaving open all the contentions and defences of the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
