2. The petitioner alleges that his aunt Ilavarasi D/o.Sokkathevar is missing for the last four years. He has given a complaint before the second respondent herein. The petitioner has to pursue the complaint with the second respondent. The question of filing HCP in such cases cannot arise at all. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. (G.R.S., J.)
