It is reported that the order passed by this Court has since been complied with.

2. I make it clear that that will not tie the hands of the authority from questioning the order passed by the District Revenue Officer on 29.05.2018 in the manner known to law. It is of course open to the respondents to question the order passed by this Court also. I make it clear that the compliance of the order passed by this Court will be subject to the order that may be passed by the CLA in the appeal filed by the department.
