Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to interfere in respect of pig farm which is located in S. No.470/10 and 470/12, Sadayamangalam Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanniyakumari District in the light of petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2/4

2.This writ petition has been filed to forbear the authorities from interfering with the running of pig farm by the petitioner in the petition mentioned premises. It appears that the fifth respondent had given a complaint against the writ petitioner herein. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced copy of the proceedings of the second respondent issued on 12.09.2025 directing the third respondent to shut down the pig farm run by the petitioner. The petitioner has to necessarily challenge the said order in the manner known to law. This writ petition has become infructuous.

4.This Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. 17.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No MGA 3/4
