ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's grievance is that on account of the activities of the Ayacutdhars of the neighbouring tanks, the petitioner's field faced the prospect of inundation. That apart, the petitioner's village tank was also not receiving its share of water. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed. 3.The fourth respondent has given written instructions that necessary arrangements had been made. As on date, the petitioner's grievance does not survive. The learned counsel for the petitioner wants this Court to issue direction for future also.

4.We direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.10.2024 and 04.11.2024 and give a disposal to the same as per law.

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
