ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. According to the petitioner, he has raised objections regarding the unauthorized patta change effected in respect of Survey Nos.239/1, 239/2, 237/1 and 264/5, which are now shown under Patta No.468. Despite submitting the representation, the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any action to verify or rectify the alleged unauthorized patta transfer.. The inaction of the respondents 1

and 2 has caused serious prejudice to the petitioner, necessitating the filing of the present writ petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.

5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to provide reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and also to the other persons, who may be affected by such decision. There shall be no order as to costs.
