2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and also the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Kumbabisekham has already been conducted and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
