COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- The petitioners / Accused Nos.8, 9 and 5, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2024 for the offence under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.219 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, this Court heard both sides.

3. Considering the commercial quantity involved in this case and also considering the fact that the investigation is still pending in this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain these bail petitions at this stage.
