Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to effect necessary changes in FMB and corresponding sketch relating to petitioner's S.No.449/2B in Thonukaal Village, Kovilpatti Taluk pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2024 within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Even though a larger relief has been sought for to effect necessary changes in the FMB and corresponding sketch relating to S.No.449/2B of Thonukaal Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if his representation dated 04.03.2024 is considered and orders passed in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Muthu Manikkam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

3. In the light of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2024 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
