ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2025 on the file of the first respondent in C.No.538/PG/DCP-North /MC/2025 and consequently direct to take necessary action as soon as possible. .

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that FIR was registered on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
