O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband is involved in a POCSO Act case in Crime No.17 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent herein. During the medical examination, he escaped from the custody on 11.10.2023 and thereafter, never returned to the house or to the custody. Based upon the escape of the petitioner's husband, the petitioner has been harassed by the second respondent. She is absolutely does not know the whereabouts of her husband.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the whereabouts of the petitioner's husband is known to this petitioner. The petitioner was called only for making enquiry about the whereabouts of her husband, but she did not co-operate with the enquiry.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I find no reason to entertain this petition. The petitioner has to co-operate with the second respondent to complete the process of enquiry.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
