PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent to close investigation of the case in Crime No. 44 of 2019 dated 18.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent under the light of section 157(1)(b) of Cr.P.C and Police Standing Orders 562 and 565 and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2019.

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the second respondent to close investigation of the case in Crime No. 44 of 2019 dated 18.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent under the light of section 157(1)(b) of Cr.P.C and Police Standing Orders 562 and 565 and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2019'.
