ORDER

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.347 of 2021 before the District Court, Madurai. The petitioner has filed the said suit against the respondents herein for recovery of money.

2.The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition for a limited relief, to direct the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.347 of 2021.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the suit is of the year 2021, it was adjourned from time to time for filing written statement of the respondents/defendants and on 18.11.2022, it was adjourned for ex parte evidence. Thereafter, the said suit is pending without any progress. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.347 of 2021.

4.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2021, there shall be a direction to the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.347 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above direction. No costs.
