PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to take action against the 4th and 5th respondents for running fish shop and mutton stall based on the petitioner's representation dated on 31.08.2023 in the Keeranur Main Bus Stand, For Petitioner : Mr.M.Rajarajan For Respondents : M/s.B.Saravanan Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R3

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to initiate action as against the 4th and 5th respondents for running fish stall and mutton stall based upon the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2023.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the 4th respondent has already vacated the premises and therefore, he is not pressing any prayer as against the 4th respondent. However, he submits that the 5th respondent is continuing with the mutton stall without obtaining any licence or permission from the 3rd respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st to 3rd 2/4

respondents also submits that so far, the 5th respondent has not obtained any licence.

4. In view of the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to initiate appropriate action as against the 5th respondent and pass orders within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
