Sub Application(MD) No.164 of 2022 The Petitioner Counsel is present. The report of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, is received wherein the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai has reported that the petitioner is complying the conditions regularly till date from 28.11.2022.
The Petitioner states about his illness and difficulty in appearing everyday before the Court and the loss of employment and hardship to workout his livelihood. Hence, considering upon these circumstances the condition already imposed is relaxed by directing the Petitioner to appear before the same Court on Monday and Friday every week until further orders.
