ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.11.2022 pending on the file of the second respondent to some other competent officer to conduct further investigation.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was forwarded to the Thasildar, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai and the report is awaited. He would further submit that after receiving the report, further action will be taken.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and pass orders within a period of fifteen days, after receipt of the report from the Thasildar, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
