custody on 31.05.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.50 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the present case PW1 to PW3 have already been examined and the case was posted today for examination of PW4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the time that was granted by this Court in the earlier order is yet to expire.

3. In the light above submission, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. If there is any delay in the conclusion of the trial not attributable to the petitioner, it is left open to petitioner to approach this Court and seek for bail.
