2.The petitioner has purchased the petition mentioned property under sale deed dated 20.08.2025. It was presented for registration. The respondent declined to entertain the registration on the ground that the document has been undervalued.

3.If the respondent has any issue regarding valuation, nothing stops him from referring the same under Section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

4.In this view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. The respondent is directed to receive the document and register the same. It is open to the authority to refer the same under Section 47A of Indian Stamp Act, 1899 without releasing it. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
