ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent police to entrust the vehicle bearing registration No.TN 63 BL 5148 (Honda Activa) to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 31.08.2025 in connection with Crime No.439 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the vehicle of the petitioner has already been handed over to the petitioner, which is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
