ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section Sections 191(2), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 351

(3) of BNS Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.198 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P (MD) No.17177 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court on merits by order, dated 15.10.2024. Even in that order, the Court had observed that there are no change in circumstances, when the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed.
