This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and mark four boundaries of the petitioner's property bearing Survey No.359/28, with an extent of 0.0.80 Hectare, situated at M.Karisalkulam Group, Perumal Thalaivanendhal Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner had remitted the fees as early as in the month of September, 2024, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
