ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conclude the investigation by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner has sent representation dated 17.08.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking registration of case against the private respondents with regard to the family settlement dispute.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the petitioner's complaint enquiry was conducted on three occasions. Both the parties appeared before the respondent and thereafter the respondent police finding it to be a civil dispute closed the complaint on 07.10.2024 and he also produced a copy of the closure report. 2/4

4. A copy of the closure report was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to work out his legal remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
