ORDER

Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi District, submits that the prayer sought in the present writ petition was already complied by the department vide proceedings in Bill No.H2/DCRG.B.No.50/2019-20, by and in which, the petitioner was paid with a sum of Rs.1,62,619/- towards death cum retirement gratuity amount.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.11.2025 Index : Yes/No ta To 1.The Director General of Police, Mylapore, Chennai-4.
