Heard Mr.T.Gopala Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Ragavendran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and mark four boundaries of the property to an extent of 4 Ares in Survey Number: 303/2B at Sekkipatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner had remitted the fees as early as in the month of August, 2024, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/4

28.08.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
