PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to include all the offences as made out in the complaint in Crime No.258 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent, based on the petition given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, dated 31.08.2023.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to include all the offences as made out in the complaint in Crime No.258 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent, based on the petition given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, dated 31.08.2023.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that no proper penal provision is included in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is still pending and they are awaiting for wound certificate of the petitioner. After receipt of wound certificate, if any necessity arises, proper penal provision will be included.

4. The petitioner filed this petition at the premature stage. Let the petitioner wait till completion of the investigation. On the basis of the information submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the matter has become unnecessary now.

5. If the petitioner aggrieved over outcome of the investigation, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

6. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed as unnecessary.
