This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12402 of 2024, dated 04.09.2024. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and ten days is extended from today to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
