O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.306 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed and the charge sheet is made ready . Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the first respondent Police is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
