To call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed in S.C No. 267 of 2019 dt. 21.12.2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai and allow this appeal and acquit the appellants / 1/3

Accoused from the charge leveled against them. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneouspetition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.G.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence on bail vide order dated 31.07.2024. The petitioner was directed to report before the Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am. The petitioner has been complying with the said condition since 05.10.2024. We are satisfied that the case for relaxation has been made out. The condition earlier imposed is relaxed. The petitioner is directed to report before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai on the 1st working day of every Month.
