DECREE : This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and material papers relating to the case as upon hearing the arguments M/S.M.PRAKASH, Advocate for the Appellant, this Court doth order and decree as follows :-
1) that the award of the Tribunal below be and hereby confirmed and the appeal is dismissed and ;
2) that the appellant Transport Corporation be and hereby directed to deposit the entire award amount, less the amount if any already deposited, with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of claim till the date of deposit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the Judgment.
3) that on such deposit the respondents 1 to 3/Claimants are be and hereby permitted to withdraw the entire award amount along with proportionate interest and costs as per the ratio alloted by the Tribunal.
4) that there is no costs in the Appeal.
