ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.M. Arun Swaminathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents and upon reading the order dated 21.10.2024, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.834 of 2024 on 21.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
