ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.217 of 2022 within a time frame as fixed by this Court and file charge sheet in accordance with law. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated for investigation and he has not produced the required documents till now. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to produce documents required by the Investigating Officer.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to produce the doucments within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such receipt of the documents, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
