2.Earlier two bail applications were dismissed by this Court on merits. In fact, the earlier bail petitions were dismissed on the ground that there are no change in circumstances. The same situation prevails even now. 3.Hence this Court cannot once again go into the merits of the case and deal with the case of the petitioner.
