JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed to enhance the award amount in M.C.O.P.No.278 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(3rd Additional Subordinate Judge), Trichy. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is stated that two cases were filed against the award, one by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation and another by the claimants. The case filed by the TNSTC was taken before the Lok Adalat and the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat. 3.In view of the settlement made in the Lok Adalat, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
