ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner..

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit three complaints were given against the petitioner by one Suresh, Mukesh Raja and Anand and based on that proceedings in CSR Nos.369/19,405/19 and 505/19 were initiated and enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaints have been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
