[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This writ petition was filed to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to make arrangements to conduct a public hearing for a Biomedical Waste Management Project in District based on the petitioner's representations dated 09.10.2023 and 11.10.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that on considering the representations made by the petitioners, the Pollution Control Board had issued a notice informing that public hearing for a Biomedical Waste Management Project will be conducted on 27.03.2024.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
