PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019 and pass an order regarding to protect the palm trees from being destroyed by declaring the palm tree to be a rare species and ecology protectively tree under the Forest Conservation Act. The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019 and pass an order regarding to protect the palm trees from being destroyed by declaring the palm tree to be a rare species and ecology protectively tree under the Forest Conservation Act.

2. The relief sought for in the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 28.08.2019 would not fall under the realm of the powers of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach the competent authority, if any grievance exists.
