ORDER

1. These cases are listed before this Court for rehearing today, as Regular Bench, as per the order, dated 15.09.2025, of the Honourable The Chief Justice of this Court.

2. When the matters are taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, further submits that the Petitioner do not want to press these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions and he wants to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavits filed in support of this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

3. Ms.K.Geetha, the learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. Accordingly, in view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, recording the same, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed, as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated. The File is consigned to Record. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There is no order as to costs.
