2. The petitioner's husband (convict No.99015) was granted 30 days ordinary leave. The leave period has come to an end. The petitioner seeks extension of leave. Hence, this Writ of Mandamus has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the request has already been rejected vide order dated 04.11.2024. It is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. (G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) & (R.
