ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's family members and the petitioner's property, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be looked into and enquiry will be conducted, if necesaary, protection will be provided to the petitioner.
