ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the petitioner wants is provision of electricity connection to the petition mentioned house. The TANGEDCO officials have not considered the petitioner's request in view of the objection raised by the fourth respondent. The petitioner categorically states through her counsel that she will abide by the outcome of the suit proceedings instituted by the fourth respondent. She also states that she will not claim any equity.

3. Recording the undertaking given by the petitioner, I direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant electricity service connection to the petition mentioned house subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities. This exercise shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
