ORDER

The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation dated 14.08.2023 for cancelling the patta issued in respect of the petition mentioned land. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy has forwarded the same to the third respondent vide proceedings dated 17.08.2023. It is for the third respondent to pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after putting all the interested parties on notice. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
