This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action to transfer the investigation of the case relating to the case in Crime No.261 of 2019 on the file of the fifth respondent to any other Deputy Superintendent of Police other than the fourth respondent in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed referring the case as 'Mistake of Fact'. He would further submit that RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner/defacto complainant. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
