This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners / Accused No.35 shall report before the respondent Police, at about 10.30 A.M., and 05.00 P.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14041 of 2024, dated 27.08.2024 in Crime No.71 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14041 of 2024, dated 27.08.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for twenty six days.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14041 of 2024, dated 27.08.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Friday at 05.30 p.m, until further orders. sd/- 18/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / 18/11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
