The service on the fourth respondent is yet to be completed. But, it is not necessary to wait for the same. 2.The petitioner alleges that his house suffered total damage during the recent rains. He also would state that house of the fourth respondent is also in a dangerous condition. He wants the local body to take action under the District Municipalities Act, 1920. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation and take action after hearing the fourth respondent. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to take action as per law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
