Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for BPCL.

2. Respondents 6 and 7 are running a petroleum outlet of BPCL. It appears that the petitioner also wants to join the said petroleum outlet as one of the partners. In this regard, an application for re-constitution appears to have been submitted. The petitioner wants the same to be considered. 2/5

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel submitted that the existing dealers appear to have developed second thoughts and don't want the petitioner to be a part of their business. It is also stated that the order had already been passed on 07.11.2020 itself. The first respondent is directed to communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith and without any delay so that the petitioner can take recourse to appropriate remedies. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
