This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first to sixth respondents to take action and permit the petitioner and others to use the pathway in Survey No.955/31 at Pillapalayam, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the first to third respondents and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the fourth to sixth respondents, on instructions, would submit that a peace committee meeting was conducted and a decision was taken, which was agreed to by both parties.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would confirm the same.

4. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
