ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order of this Court dated 05.01.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.20575 of 2021 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that as against the order of this Court dated 05.01.2022, passed in W.P. (MD)No.20575 of 2021, writ appeals have been preferred by the Government as well as by the private individuals and those appeals are pending before the Division Bench of this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the same that the Division Bench of this Court though entertained the writ appeals not granted any interim order.

4. In view of the fact that the writ appeals have been preferred by the Government as well as by the private individuals and the same are 2/4

entertained by the Division Bench of this Court and caveator has also appeared in the writ appeals, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner could approach this Court depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal. No costs.
