[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1025-3/2020/A2, dated 29.10.2024 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner / Bank vacated the premises and handed over the property comprised in S.No.238/2, bearing Door No.1/268/1- Ground Floor, Salem Main Road, Kathaparai, Karur - 639 000 to the HR and CE Department on 26.06.2025. 3. Mr. P. Subbaraj, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 / HR and CE Department submits that the possession is with the HR and CE Department.

4. Mr.P.Samuvel Gunasingh learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submits that the 5th respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.132 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur for declaration of title and the same is pending.
