ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation of Crime No.234 of 1/4

2022 from the second respondent to any other Police or competent agency for fair and impartial investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 07.12.2022) the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is almost completed and they are going to file a charge sheet as 'mistake of fact' before the concerned Court shortly, after serving the notice to the complainant.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, after receiving the notice from the respondent Police.
