ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) We are happy to note that the matter has been settled in mediation. There is a mediation report dated 24.10.2025 available on file, to aforesaid effect, recording agreement dated 24.10.2025 entered into qua the parties. The agreement executed by the parties and their counsel is made part and parcel of this order, and clause 6 thereof is extracted below in the interests of completion: "6.The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto:

A.The Appellant and the respondent, other community member participated in the Mediation agreed that the renovation of temple is completed and the Kumbabisegam is fixed on 24.10.2025. B.It is agreed all the 38 Pullis (Members) who are traditionally worshipping the God Arulmighu Sree Chinnaya @ Chinnathambirayar Kovil are entitled to participate in the Kumbabisegam and worship the God.

C.No person or group shall obstruct performing Kumbabisegam.

D.It is further agreed that if at all any other disputes existing between members, it shall be dissolved after Kumbabisegam amicably."
